Ian is a homeland missionary in Australia involved in back up and support work for field missionaries.  He also works on developement and promotion of OMS International- Australia.

Michelle works along side an OMS related church in Russia.  Along with the church members she is developing programs to support Russian orphans as they prepare for life after the orphanage.
